40 on ilkey is a charming bed and breakfast, tucked away in a quiet spot of Lynwood Glen Estate, a minute away from Pretoria's Menlyn Park Shopping Centre. A generous breakfast is served every morning and special dietary requirements are catered for. There are eleven well appointed bedrooms decorated in soft neutral linens with warm wooden floors. Some rooms include a well-equipped modern kitchen. Complimentary tea and coffee are presented with biscuits in each room. The breakfast consists of fruit platters, fresh muffins and pastries hot from the oven. Brewed coffee can be served in the room. There is an entrance area with seating around a fireplace and a small outdoor area surrounded by roses. The Struben Dam bird sanctuary is a 5-minute walk from the 40 on ilkey B&B.
